Friday 8th December 2023 Newsletter:

We are looking forward to lots of festive activities over the coming weeks so that our children can take part in a variety of fun, Christmas events. Our Santa Vs Elf Day takes place on Friday 8th Dec. Pupils can come dressed in either Santa (Red) or Elf (Green) colours to show which team they are on and bring selection boxes, chocolate or biscuits to donate to our Christmas Fair. These donations are used for our tombola and raffle prizes. The parent council has been busy organising the Christmas Fair which will be held after school on Thursday 21st Dec – everyone welcome! Throughout the Santa Vs Elf day, the children will face challenges and the winning team will be announced at the end of the day.
On Friday 15th Dec children can wear their Christmas jumpers for Christmas dinner day. On Monday 18th Dec our EYFS children will be performing in their nativity play. This never fails to encompass everyone in the spirit of Christmas! All classes will get the chance to see a pantomime in school on Tues 19th Dec as part of our enrichment curriculum. Children in Y1 and Y2 will perform their Christmas Nativity on Wed 20th Dec. Finally, we will finish the term with children in KS2 (Y3-Y6) singing Christmas songs in a performance to parents. Parents are also invited to join us for the EYFS nativity play and KS1 nativity play.
